Small Talk in Starbucks – Episode #4

Here’s a video of me talking to a group of people in a coffee shop. Most people dread the idea of starting a conversation in a closed environment like this- but it needn’t be hard. The trick is smile – and as soon as you start talking – keep the conversation moving forwards by making statements about what the other person says. I started chatting to a girl who sat down next to me; as we continued our conversation, more people joined! The camera angle changes as the video progresses to give you a better vantage point and let you see what I’m doing. As always, love your comments and thoughts!
